| Reservation/Deposit Policy: All reservations will require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation and guarantee the rate. Deposits are refunded when reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to check-in date. | ||||||
| Cancellation Policy: All reservation cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in date, and are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less then 7 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee (half of the reserved stay). | ||||||

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, based on availability, when registered at time of reservation and at time of check-in. Registered guest is responsible to ensure pets are controlled at all times, and will be financially responsible for any damages. Pets cannot be left on premises unattended under any circumstance. |
